Neil Combs, author of A Body in Prayer has spoken at several parishes and was a guest speaker at a women’s conference on the topics of Prayer (a theme in many of his talks), Faith, and Youth Ministry. His message is particularly fitting for men's groups (Knights of Columbus, men’s breakfasts, etc.) and Teens/Young Adults, where there is a great need for messages they can relate to but they are often in short supply. In his talks, Neil helps listeners identify ways to include and keep Christ in their daily lives and motivates them to be stronger in their faith and more purposeful in their faith.
If you'd like to arrange for Neil to come to speak at your church, conference, school, retreat or other event, please let him know. Use the "Contact" button to ask his availability. These talks are especially appropriate for Lent and Advent, times when we should be mindful of our spirituality and active participation in our faith. Neil will talk about what inspired him to write the book, and some of the types of ideas contained in the book, and can modify the content and time of his talk to meet the needs of the event. See further details at bottom of page.
Speaking engagements and book signings in the Rochester area can usually be done at no cost if arrangements are made at least 2 weeks in advance. A meet and greet after his talk is common, where participants can meet Neil and have purchased books signed after the event. Appearances requiring travel may have a small speaker's fee plus travel and lodging expenses. Please contact the author for further details through the "Contact" button on the website. Please leave contact information, type of event at which you would like Neil to speak, where the event will be held, and the city and state. (A phone number is also helpful.) Neil will get back to you promptly.
